By using The Laundry Master website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
The Laundry Master provides professional laundry and garment care services including:
- Laundry subscription plans (monthly)
- Dry cleaning for delicate and premium garments
- Steam ironing services
- Shoe and bag laundry
- Home furnishing laundry
- Wet cleaning (premium & standard)
Services are available in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, and Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
3. Bookings & Pickup
- Bookings can be made via website form, phone call, or WhatsApp.
- Our team will confirm the pickup slot after receiving your request.
- Minimum 2-hour notice required for same-day pickup requests.
- Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational conditions.
4. Garment Care & Liability
- We follow professional garment care standards and handle all items with care.
- Customers must inform us of any special care requirements or delicate fabrics at the time of booking.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, color fading due to fabric quality, or damage resulting from undisclosed care instructions.
- Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Payments
- Pricing is communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
- Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance.
- We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Subscription plans can be cancelled with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds for unsatisfactory service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
